Is anyone really using them?

I would like to remove them completely but I can't delete the lines from the ucCompose file or I get an error when sending.

Whats the best way to hide those rows and the disable emoticons row?

change the TR that its in:-

TR runat="server" visible="false"

I'll add an admin option in the next release to disable them completely.
