I came across a post for a jQuery slider which looked perfect for news articles. 

I'm adding it to a project I'm working on and have created a demo with the latest articles as a feed.  It's tidy as it makes use of the jQuery UI and only needs a couple lines of jQuery in the skin to get it working.

Declic, it is really cool, finally i made the changes with caroig's endless help. It was great pleasure to hear and apply his suggestions. The portal is not public yet. But i will share it once it gets published :)

Hi,

I know this is a very old post but did you ever manage to get this working and would you mind sharing the template code you used. I'm trying this myself but haven't had any success in getting it to work properly.
