I am not sure where to start with this inquery, I am speaking on behalf of the guy monitoring my portal's performance. He has noticed an issues when setting page cache to anything other than zero will trigger a memory cascade that 'kills' the portal until the memory is recycled.

I was wondering if this is a know issue

Thanks for the help and if you need more clarity please ask and I will get more details

Is this just on the articles page or DNN in general? You can't really cache the main article instance because it's dynamic.

Have you by chance had problems before with this module causing a portal failure? we seem to be experiencing a situation where the module, regardless of the cache settings will load the page until either the DB connection pool is saturated or (if you turn off all db access in the module) the stack overflows.

If you could help shed some light on this it would be much appreciated.
