Is it possible to remove the help icon from the Contact form? -- Thanks

This feature exists globally from (I want to say) about 6mo ago in the layout settings:

Thanks for taking the time to post. I'll check again, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't effect the help icons on the contact form.

Scott, I just went back and did a look-see. When "Hide Help Icons" is selected, both the comment and contact forms still display the help icon. I had to amuse my own curiosity....
