I wouldnt mind a simple business listings module. User adds a business, name, address, service type, email, phone, logo and then the Web site users get to view all the added businesses or browse by location and service type.
This could be made in such a way that one could use it for clubs or events etc.

Yep - the module has been designed to facilitate this type of use.
There are instructions to create your own template in the documentation section. |

Yes i am refering to county. Sorry but i have just probably missed the search fuctionality part of it. But i cant seem to add a custom feild and then have it searchable by that feild in a dropdown.
Any ideas

I am looking to add a business directory to my site as well. I would like the registered users to be able to add and modify their business though. Does the property agent allow the user to post/edit their listing or does it have to be done by the main admin?

Hi
Yes it does and i have noe implemented all of the above issues. i have a business listing with custom feilds and it works fine, this can be searchable by any custom feild i choose. the only issue i can see is that one cant seem to limit the amount of images in the details page and that the image needs to be a jpg.
Logos are often gifs
Forgive me if i am wrong on the max image thing
Just cant find it myself
