On my version, HOST (or superuser) priv's are necessary for the template editor- admins don't have this access.
As I recall, this was by design- as admins for different portals could edit templates they otherwise shouldn't have... or something along those lines.
The template editor is huge, but if you have access to the folders via ftp, you can still make whatever template/changes you need and upload them- It's just (a lot) less convenient. |
