OK,
I am sorry to ask this.  I just can't find the answer when searching around the site and forum.

I have a site that currently uses the Article Module by Efficion.  It lets me make articles that are stored on sub pages like the links below.

http://www.tsalilodge.org/LodgeInfo/Officers/LodgeChief.aspx
AND
http://www.tsalilodge.org/LodgeInfo/Officers/ViceChiefofAdministration.aspx

Main Site --> http://www.tsalilodge.org

They both show up on the main page http://www.tsalilodge.org because they are “Site Wide” articles.  Also the ones on the home page have to be approved but the ones on each of the sub pages do not.

1) Can this be done with your News Module, if yes how?

2) My second question kind of follows up with the first.  I have tried to make scripts that would convert all of my existing data over to the new site but have had no luck.  I think I am just doing it wrong.  Can someone please help me with a script to move this?

Thanks
Rick

What you can do is have 1 instance of the news article module, and use the "Add Existing Module" to add it to other pages.

You can then modify it on each screen it appears on, to filter by category.

Hi Scott,

I just read about that (I had to keep digging).  I have a few website using his Article Module.  On www.TsaliLodge.org I have only a few 28.  But on www.2ndGrooveRaceway.com I have 96.  It is used the same way. Each series had it's own home page and it only shows it's own news.  I have a brand new site I am working on www.DanielBooneCouncil.org that I have the new way working now.  I guess I am just having problems getting this data over into you module.  I can't match the fields correctly.  I have been scratching my head trying to move it cleanly.

Thanks
Rick

If anyone has moved over the content from Efficion's Article Module to DnnForge - NewsArticles can you please help me on this?

Thanks
Rick
