Hey Team,
I don't know about you, but here in the farmlands of Iowa we like to carry our fair share. I've been benefitting from Scott's work for sometime and I'll tell you that I get a lot more value than I been paying for.
It's pretty clear that a lot of us are going to use Scott's Estate Agent module for commercial use. We're asking for, and will no doubt recieve, a very sophisticated application. With that, I'm putting my money where my mouth is.
Scott ,
1) I'll send you $100 USD when you complete the Estate Module. 2) I'll send you another $100 USD when you clone it into a Classified Ads module. 3) I'll send you another $100 USD when you clone it into a Vehicle Ads module. 4) I'll send you another $50 USD when you finish a module to display the most recent ads on the home page of the site and another $50 USD if it can display ads from another site the the above ad modules. 5) I'll send you another $100 USD when it integrates subscription services.
Here in the USA, the $500 I'm committing to the project would buy me about 3 hours of top notch developer time and three hours won't get much done. So I'm ask all of you who are gonna make money with this mod to pony up and keep Scott building code.
I apologize for being forward Scott, but I respectfully ask that you pin this support challenge at the top of the list.
Thanks, Scott Lesnet Muscatine, Iowa USA scott@52761mail.com http://www.52761.info

I second the notion of pinning this to the top Scott.
Scott, has been more than generous with his time (just visit how well he supports users) and his expertise.
Granted, some may not be able to afford the generosity of Mr. Lesnet in Iowa, but they can show their commitment and appreciation to Scott, by getting involved in the various aspects of the project. Those unable or unwilling to pay can at least commit to volunteering to the project.
We can perhaps have those who volunteer earn points that are redeemable towards the module.
Those who can afford to pay are encouraged to contribute what they can so we can get more of Scott’s attention and focus on this module.
However, Scott please do not neglect simple gallery and news articles. Those are two very important feeder modules for users to learn more about your modules and your expertise.

Scott's appreciation is dandy, but if we really want to see this module come alive, we all really need to get involved. Comments, ideas, opinions, money, etc.... are all needed for the estate module.
Some of you are experts in the field so your opinions are vital to the success of the module. Please share your thoughts.
Scott, if there is anything you would like to assign to me please do so. I am more than happy to follow orders and my skill set is wide (hoever, codeing is my weakness). I am just now trying to pick up the language and move to Windows platforms to better understand the code structure. Although, new I am a very fast learner and a fanatic at problem solving.
So put me in the game wherever you see fit!

Given the amount of time Scott spent implementing my suggestions in the News Articles module so rapidly, you can definitly bet I'll be using this for myself as well. When, and if Scott does mod this into a Classifieds system, you can bet I'll be using it.
If you check out www.redflagdeals.com, this site began from some early 20 startup's and have bloated into a massive network in Canada. They have tons of Sponsored Ads and their site is used heavily for Classified's for finding Deals based on Coupons, Discount, Freebies, etc.
This and a Feedback system, and everything should be rolling. I'll chunk out a few hundred when this is done and to my satisfaction with all of you. Scott has simply been amazing to catering to customer's needs. |

Thank you, I'll have some database designs today or tomorrow, I've been working on the prototype and have opted for the custom field flexible approach so you can use it for Cars, Boats, Properties, etc.
The screen designs will change a little bit, but the search screen is totally flexible as you can select which "custom fields" are searchable. |

| FYI to that last post, I'm still working on the prototype, so some things may change if I can't get some items to work as expected. |

I have just been asked about setting up a site for a new 'alternative' estate agency, and I'll be more than happy to chip in with the costs for this along the model that Scott L has suggested, (although I might like 4. to come a little higher up the list ) if it helps. |

Hi Scott,
I just want to say that I love all your modules! I find your modules are just invaluable on my church community site. I am still very new to DNN but i find the struture of your modules are very simple to understand. I am also have a need for a Business Directory and Classifieds modules...so I too would love to tip in to your latest project ...
By the way, since you are already working this new project , then i dont think there is anymore need for my request for modifying the Simple Gallery module (adding extra categories, etc...) |

Hey Team,
Scott is nearing completion of the estate agent module and it looks like he's included everything we've asked for. It's time for everyone who has committed $$ support to pony up a token of our appreciation.
I get the feeling he's a bit shy, but he will send you his PayPal account if you ask.
Do it now!
Thanks, Scott Lesnet

Thank you to those who donated to this project, there will be a closed beta for a few days for those people beginning tomorrow. (I just need to get some initial documentation in place so you guys know what you are doing).
In the meantime, I've set up some demo's on the product's page:-
