I installed friendly url's and made the configurations to the host settings. It worked great...until I tried getting into any of the tabs under Host. All of the admin pages worked. I am running the free version of snapsis. I am not using the dnn solpart menu at all, I purchased the seo menu from snowcovered. I am wondering what I need to do to resolve this issue. Here is what I get when I clicked on Host Settings:

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

There was a problem with the snapsis menu and friendly urls - it's fixed in the latest version of the paid module - not sure about the free one - I'd check on the snapsis forum.

I am not using the snapsis menu only Page Blaster from Snapsis. I am using SEOmenu from snowcovered here: http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?tabid=242&PackageID=6873. I keep on getting this error when I go to the host menu the admin menu is ok. Can someone please help me. Or can I exclude host menu from the Friendly URL's?

I don't think you can exclude the host menu options.

What does the host url look like?

Hi Scott, when I click on host settings the url is this: http://process.feeco.com/Host/Host%20Settings.aspx. This site is only live internal to us currently.

Looks OK to me, what about disabling 3rd party add-ons like page blaster to see if it makes a difference?

I'm having a similar problem with the Inventua side menu. Using the latest version with DNN 4.8.0 and Scott's friendly URLs.
I am also running Snapsis PB.
The SEO Menu works fine for all the host menu items. But the Inventua one returns a 404.

Did you ever resolve this issue?

yes, by uninstalling friendly url's and installing the paid version of snapsis. it worked great and I have no problems with my menus.
