I guess that the ventrian systems news module is not compatible with the uk language setting. I've had to delete this from my site as I dont think that I can fix this.

Not compatible with the UK setting? I think it is.

I'm australian, and our dates are the same format, dd/mm/yyyy.

I'm wondering if you set a setting in a different time format and it's having issues parsing it.

Is the module where this occurs still live?

I didnt realise that you made this to use australian date times. I guess I was wrong in my assumption, I've just been pulling my hair out trying to fix this problem.

Since you told me about the date time that its written for, I think I may have singled out my mistake.

in Latest Articles Settings --> Filter Settings I chose a start point from the calendar. and it came up as american date time format. I did try to set this for uk date time format but it gave an error saying that the date time format was not correct. I just assume therefor that it was written for the american market. Assumption is the mother of all f**k ups. I guess that this might be where the error is occuring and this is probably caused by something that I have done in my set up. Though I am pretty sure that I have the language setting with english being the default language. I do know that I have had problems with language setting before.

the site is live and I have added the news latest news module to the front page again. I have not selected a start date this time and hey presto nothing is wrong anymore.

Oh right, I think I know what the issue is, the date is not saved in a generic format.
