It seems there's a problem with News Articles' time zone settings.

My server's time zone is GMT+7 (although it's based in GMT-6)

Site's time zone: GMT+7

User's time zone: GMT+7

News Articles time zone: GMT+7

However, after clicking "Publish Article", the article doesn't appear instantly. Only after 11 hours will it display in the module.

I don't know what might cause this issue. Can you check it?
