Your documentation states the following:

"You may:-

  • Use any module, skin or skin object on unlimited sites. (provided you are the primary developer or administrator)
  • Redistribute the modules as part of packaged software or a hosted service. For example, you create a site specifically targetting the education industry, and then sell portals to customers, or you sell the complete software to institutions to host on their intranet."

What about accompanying documentation?  My hope is that "and accompanying documentation" can be added along with "module, skin or skin object" because I would like to make instructions on how to use the modules available to my users as well, basically by copying your documentation onto our web site, perhaps with some minor edits and modifications to adapt the documentation to our environment.  I just want to double-check with you first and make sure that's permissible!

Yep, you can use any of the documentation on your own sites as well. I hope to make it more consumable over the next few months so you could do exactly that.

What is the best format for distributing help so you could use it on your sites? Is one large document best? Or a task driven help? (e.g. how do I add a picture? How do I create an album? etc.)

Great!

I think the task-driven help would really be the way to go.
