Hello,

I had sent an e-mail to the support group on the 5th of January, but I have not received a response. Roll out date is getting closer now so I just wanted to reiterate my issue in the hopes of finding a fix as soon as possible.

I am working on an Intranet page for my company and have installed the picture gallery for company events. I noticed an issue and was hoping you may provide some insight as to what might be going on. If I am logged in from any Host account the gallery loads fine; however, any other user (Admin, Registered User, and even Anonymous) receives an error as follows:

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /Default.aspx

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I’ve also noticed an error within the request URL:

/Default.aspx?tabid=120&error=The+Controls+collection+cannot+be+modified+because+the+control+contains+code+blocks+(i.e.+%3c%25+...+%25%3e).&content=0

Any ideas as to what might be causing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using the latest version of Simple Gallery with DNN 4.3.7 on MSSQL 2005 Express.

I've encountered the same issue on two seperate sites myself lately. Is there a fix?

Yep, make sure the module is not cached.

e.g. the module cache time should be set to 0

Scott, is this correct or is more a DNN issue as opposed to a module issue?
