Does anyone know how to allow users to choose their own skins? I want each user to be able to individualize their pages.

Thanks,
Denise

I recently saw a module at Snowcovered which allows for this.

This question comes up quite a bit, can you post the link to the module (or at least the name) when you find the answer?

Thank you for the replies. Unfortunately, I cannot find the module on SnowCovered. I am still searching and might try and make my own module if I have to.  I will let you know if I succeed.

Thanks,
Denise

The name of the module is the Skin Selector.  Here is a link to it:

http://www.snowcovered.com/snowcovered2/Default.aspx?r=bf28f42a73&tabid=166&CatalogItemID=2679&CatalogID=7&search=Skin%20selector&pagenumber=0&sortby=&tagid=-1

Soon after it became available, I asked them if it would be possible to limit the skin selection to an individual page.  I thought in that way users could test the various skins installed on the system.  They liked the suggestion and promised to include it in a release this month.  So I haven't actually purchased and used the module yet, and can't speak to whether or not it works as advertised.  It is advertised, however, to do exactly what you describe.

Snapsis has one too...

The menu in this package is very good too.  I am making a skin at the moment implementing it.

The Snapsis module I think allows you to set the skin for the current page or the portal, you pick when setting it up.  I haven't bought it yet, but am looking at it.
