Hi folks,

I need to implement a quiz or trivia type functionality to a DNN 4.x site.  There are two modules on snowcovered (one very expensive one laden with bugs), and a small simple one (that seems to work, but is a little too simple).

Does anyone know if there is anything else out there that works well?  I would like it to be a DNN module, but It doesn't have to be as long as I can somehow incorporate it - even I-frame something in for that matter.

I know! Both quiz modules available on Snowcovered are crappy.

Mitchel Sellers is working on a quiz module. I don't know when that is coming out. I am also told that the property module can be customized to use as a quiz module. I don't know how to do it. I really hope some one comes up with a good quiz module ( Scott- Hint Hint)

I just found  a 3rd module on Snowcovered.  The first two I was referring to were Quizzing, and DNNQuizPro.  They were both nice to see, but neither were very practical.  I was surprised to find one at almost $200 with a demo that had no options and was just full of bugs.  I wouldn't mind paying $200 at all if it worked and had a least some degree of flexibility.  No such luck.

I just found a third called the CVTQuickQuizPackage Quiz Module.  Has anyone had any experience with this one at all?

I see they have upgraded it. Initially it only worked for DNN 3. I assume it's ok. If you are not in rush you should wait for Mitchel Seller's quiz module.

How is the CVT quiz module? Do you like it?

I haven't tried it yet.  Got sidetracked with other things on the list.  I'll let you know if I decide to try it though.
