Form time to time my site show diffrent type error message page . I dont want site users to see this page. I figure that it has something to do with changing the Webconfig file - but how?

Yes, you can change the error message to point to a html page, using something like:-

CUSTOMERRORS mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"

(in web.config)
