I posted something similar over a week ago on the DotNetNuke forum but no help... When I, no one else logs into my system my username shows up three times in Line Now: Anyone know how I can correct this?

Hmm, 3 times does not sound right, what version of DNN are you using?

Only one username? It is a host account, or something else? Is your site online so I can take a look?

Yes only one username is doing this. It happens to be mine. I have that name setup for Admin access but not HOST. The account name is DaleRoss. Maybe I'll be online when you check. http://www.CarolinaVarsity.com/NC It only lists 3 times in the Online Module under Online Now: Right now Online Now looks like this: 01: DoubleLDub 02: DaleRoss 03: DaleRoss 04: DaleRoss I also use your where are they module and there the name only shows once.

Resurrecting this old thread to find out if a solution has been found. I'm experiencing the same issue with my Admin account in DNN 4.5, (except my name is duplicated only twice).

I've seen this if i have two portals open and am logged in on both - then when i look at the one that has users online on it, i am listed twice (same username on both portals).

Not sure what has happened there, it shouldn't add you twice into the list of people online. I think there is a check for it, it must be something to do with how it displays.
