I had a look through the fourm to see if there was a post for my question.
I have recently installed the PM module and have used it fine ,
sometimes it does not reposnd, for example when you click on "compose" the page sort of just refreshes
I am having people test the internal messaging system and they keep feeding back that it does not respond to them, sometimes it does and sometimes it does not.
I am just wondering is it anything to do with caching, or something i am missing.
Thanks Patrick |

Are you using caching on the module? (I don't think you are because it sometimes works). The cache value should be set to 0.
The compose link will take the user to the send message with the rich text edtior on it, sometimes this causes issues. Does it work OK in the text/html module?
A few things to check, let me know how you go. |

Thanks for the reply,
I have checked all the modules and pages caching is 0,
I have the Private Message module on two different pages,
One on the MyProfile page and one on the Members Page,
On the members page everything works fine, Inbox, Compose and the rest.
Would it be because I have the module on two pages,
Modules were exactly the same, its not a big issue if needs be i can easily just move the messaging to the members area.
On the MyProfile page where the PM module is not responding i have the UserAccount Module as well ,
**ah I found out the issue , I had the UserAccount module on the same page,
When i removed the UserAccount module it worked fine.
