First let me say - Awesome module!! We have been using the module for approx 3 months with no problems. However, in the last couple of weeks the "Select Files" button on the upload page has stopped working on some machines. It doesn't appear to be a problem with user permissions since the same user can upload from a different machine. We are having issues on both XP machines and Vista machines both running IE7. No error message the "Select Files to Upload" dialog box simply doesn't display. Any thoughts?? Thanks.

You might consider updating the version of Flash on the affected machines. -Jeff

Currently using the latest version of Flash. I ran an update on the machine just to be sure - still no luck. Thanks for the suggestion.

The latest version of simple gallery contains a patch for flash 10, a security patch they released broke all flash based uploaders.

Installed the latest version of File Links and problem is fixed!! Thanks for the help.
