I think if i want to approve some article, i have to make 3 times click.

Is it another way to make it simpler, say show them in one grid that have a column with approval status ("Approved", "Draft", and "Need to be approved") with only using a checkbox. Anytime i want to approve an article, i always have to go in edit mode.

Any suggestions ?

There will be changes to the way the management of articles works, particular to make things like this more efficient, did you see the article manager post?
