It appears that you changed the CookComputing.XmlRpc.dll library to the new version in the source of NewsArticles 00.07.17, but not the PA. Also, could you move the LoadStyleSheet handler to the PreRender of the ucHeader instead of putting it in some individual files so that every control has the correct styles? Thanks!
