Is it possible to set up a person to be a broker for more than one person? For example, i have a owner 'Janet'. I have 2 other users that I would like able to edit her listing. I see where I can setup tom to broker multiple owners, but once I select the owners, they are removed from the list. I would like setup a 2nd user to be a broker for Janet as well.
Am I missing something? Is this possible?
Thanks for you help Jerry |

| You can map a broker to many agents, but an agent/owner may only belong to 1 broker. |

Ok...so how I would setup users to be able to edit another persons property listing. For example I'm using this to list items that are in a catalog. One user(the manager) has inputed all these items but there are a couple of other staff members that need to update the catalog listing from time to time. THe manager is the owner/agent and I setup of staff member to be a broker and that works pretty well. The problems comes when I try to add another staff member to be a broker for the manager... Is there another way to do this? Any direction you can give me is very much appreciated. |

| There can only be 1 broker per user unfortunately, so the only other way to get access for other people is if they were approvers. |

Ok...under edit permissions, a role I created for this is checked to be an approver...but it does seem to be working...but I also have the same role checked to be a broker....should I uncheck this? |

| It doesn't matter if they are checked for a broker if they are not assigned to any agent. Being an approver will give them edit access on all properties, this is something you must be aware of. |

Yes, but my point is that it's not working like it should.....The role I created for the users is checked for approver access and when the item list is displayed it doesn't give them the pencil to edit the item....they can click on the item manager and edit items via that way... However, when I assign 1 employee as a broker then in the item list the pencil shows up and they can edit items. The administrator role is ticked to be an approver and a broker and can edit items via the item manager or the item list. The users prefer editing items via the item list, this way, rather than go through the item manager, as I have item lists filtered based on property types. |

| That sounds like a bug, approvers should be able to see the edit icon. |

| That's what I thought...if you would like to look at, I can give you access. |

Hi, Realize you were working on other issues...just wondering if you had chance to look at this issue....your latest update didn't affect my current issue...still having the same problem where a user in the approver role is unable to edit. Thanks ..... |
