Hi,

I'm using latest PA 1.07.13, when I export the template from Real Estate Template
from another module and Change the Zip file name from RealEstate to SelfTemplate and upload it back:

I get New folder SelfTemplate in property agent template folder at portal level.

However, when I initialize it, I got this:Error: Promotion Sample Page is currently unavailable. Any idea why? I also failed to initialize self made template in my other newly installed DNN 4.9.

However, I can initialize the 4 templates given on Ventrian, I can't change the folder name, change=erro message.

Please help me, thank you.

You should also check the xml file which is in your renamed zip file.

There are two things you need to rename to your new template name:

1) Change the name and description in the 2nd and 3rd line of the xml file. Not doings so will only give you duplicates in the list of templates;

2) Search for the "old" name in the template. There should be an entry called "Template" which still holds the old value. In your case this should be "RealEstate". After changing this into your new name "SelfTemplate" the PA module will not be looking for the template directory "RealEstate" anymore but for "SelfTemplate".

You should rezip the template and upload it once more and re-initialize it. Be aware that re-initializing will delete your entered data!!!
