Hellow, I was wondering how I could set the logo size (first photo) even small as the other photos I've uploaded... Thanks

These photos are controlled via the photo templates, you should be able to customise the layout for the first photo through that mechanism. Have you tried to customise the templates yet, there is a template guide here.
