Ya, I bought the Map Module for Property Agent. I have over 550 residential and commercial properties listed in Property Agent with Lat and Long custom fields.
However, the Map Module would load two properties, then the icons would disappear, the search options to the left of the map never worked and the person who developed the software hasn't much english so the support and the documentation is pretty much useless.
Personally, I would advise anybody to stay away from it, it needs alot of work before its fit for purpose. |

Yes - I concluded the same thing. Thanks to the developer for creating a starting point -- I hope the developer sticks with it though as it would be great to have that functionality within PA.
Being able to view multiple plot points for a search would be a very good thing.
How about a being able to create a playlist of mp3s within PA -- anyone??? |

Jose, I'm sorry, my intention was not to speak ill of your work. It's great that you started this module but there are problems getting it to work properly. I did submit a help ticket on snowcovered but never got a reply. I tried to follow the instructions as best as I could and it did show a few properties but then all the icons would disappear. I never managed to get the Search options to populate with information from Property Agent and the documentation was just to hard to decipher from your English. I totally understand you don't speak English but that does not detract from the fact that it hasn't worked for us and we have tried it on clean installs of DNN with the latest release of both Property Agent and your module. I look forward to the future releases of PropertyMap. |

I regret to say that I have no request for support in snowcovered unanswered. Now I'm online, you agree to a remote support to your PC to resolve their problems with the module?

Jose,
Thanks for the reply. We removed the module and are not using it for the moment. We are trying out DNN Map Module and if we are not happy with the results from that I will get back in contact with you and see if you can sort out the problems we had with PropertyMap.

This module is working perfectly. Please follow the URLs below to see the module in action.
http://www.ozpropertylistings.com.au/Temp/ResidentialForSaleMapView/tabid/266/Default.aspx
http://www.ozpropertylistings.com.au/Temp/ResidentialForRentMapView/tabid/267/Default.aspx
Every aspect of the module works including the property search and Google Earth. Please feel free to test.
I have worked extensively with the module developer and he has given me 100% support to rectify any problems. The developer can connect to your computer remotely and configure the module for you. I have over 200 properties on my website and I am very happy with the performance of the module.
For those of you who cannot understand the documentation, I am very happy to help you. |

any way to test the module or have a 'trial' before purchasing? And to reproduce the functionality of ozpropertylistings.com (which is sweet by the way), is it absolutely necessary to purchase the google module as an add on? |

| Jose, cool module. I have a question about using it with the latest version of Property Agent. Now that lat/lon are "built into" scott module there is not a requirement to store these in custom fields. Your app is looking for the lat/lon on those custom fields. Are you planning an update to your module to make it more compatible with version 1.07.15 of Property Agent? |

The current version of PropertyMap requires its own custom fields (lat and long), however, will soon try to make it compatible with the fields used by the version 1.07.15 of PropertyAgent... notify you when it becomes available. |
