Urgent Help Needed!!!

I need a way to add some default text to the comment message box on the comments form eg 'enter comment text here..' or something similar.

I am actually using the comments as a wish list and then using the reports module to show a wishlist of all there comments.  So could even do with hidingthe comments box if possible as well.

Any ideas would be appreciated
