I am starting to figure out what you can do with "lock down". Can I disable the contact form for certain users? I would like only my paid members to be able to have this ability on their listing. Can it be hidden then on the listing or disabled for users who view it?

And, can I change how the templates looks for lockdown fields? Say I don't let them add their address or website, can I not show my text:
Phone:
Website:

Because it would be blank anyway...

For the contact form, you can do a role check.. e.g.

[ISINROLE:XXX]
Contact form here..
[/ISINROLE:XXX]

Not sure what you mean in the 2nd paragraph, you want to customise the contact form?

I just want to make sure I understand. In the templage I can put [ISINROLE:xxx]contact form[/ISINROLE:xxx], and if the business submitted a free listing the contact form would not appear for visitors on the site, only the paid businesses listings would display the contact form for the visitors?

If that is the case, that is what I would do with my other fields like I mentioned in my second paragraph to hide them also.

I was thinking that the [ISINROLE:xxx] was for the visitor and if they were logged in and you used that field they would be able to see more items when they were logged into the website.

Oh, you mean the roles of the owner.

The ISINROLE checks the role of the person viewing the property.

I could make an additional token that checks the role of the property owner.

That would be wonderful. Because then I could customize my templates a little more...check to see what role the business submitting the listing (owner) is in and then remove the form, phone, and website text from the listing for all of the people viewing the property. Sorry for the confusion trying to explain it. Would this take much time to implement Scott?

The token should take about an hour to implement, I'll see if I can get it in the next release.

awesome, I'm very excited! This whole "lock down" feature has opened a whole new area of opportunity for my site! Thanks for helping me understand it :)

Scott, I am wondering if a feature like the following is possible:

After you create that token like we discussed above, my templates will update fields based on which roles the user submitting the listing is in. I am wondering if it would be possible to "push" these free listings to the bottom of the regular listings. I know I could use the bubble / featured, but I already use that for only a couple listings, then I want my paid listings next, then the free ones. Would it be possible to add something in the settings or somewhere where I would be able to select a role (the free role) and have those listings "pushed" to the bottom of the featured and regular / paid listings? I hope this makes sense...

Sorry I worked out why now - it only work if I remove all the spaces in the role name

eg.  Real Estate - Gold become RealEstate-Gold
