HI, I have a portal set-up using PA for rental properties. During the set-up and development of the site I had tested the form to contact an agent for one of the properties and it worked. Now the site is public and the form does not send. I have no idea what I may have changed in PA or on the portal that could have affected it but if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I did try adding the PA module to another portal and just added a quick listing to test the form and it does work from there. So, it seems to just be this portal. Are other emails working from this portal? e.g. registration mails, etc. Do you have an email set for the portal administrator?
