I'm trying to be clever and hide some TYPES to only be seen by admins. I untick "Published?" in Edit Property Type and that hides it from the TYPES area of the SEARCH screen but you can still search/find the records. If I edit the record itself and untick Approve or Published then I can no longer find the record when I SEARCH (but I can find it in Property Manager).

Do you know a way to do this?
