I am in the process of developing a website for the Brunswick County, North Carolina, USA Habitat for Humanity chapter (www.brunswickcountyhabitat.org). The Property Agent seems like a natural for displaying their projects. However, the base real estate template will require extensive revision. What I would like to find out is whether any othe chapter of Habitat for Humanity has used Property Agent. If so, would you be willing to share your template?

I know this answer comes late, but the templates are pretty easy to customize and very flexible. What revisions are you planning? I don't know if other Habitat sites use it, but I don't see why you couldn't make it work. If you still need help, let me know.
