Hi Scott,
The submition email templates work great ... but missing the Email Templates for rejection messages with predifne text reasons for rejection etc.. Would this be nice to have this in too. :-)

| I'm unsure how to capture this, as it's just a checkbox to approve an item now, what do you currently do with the rejected properties? Delete them? |

Most of the time I dont use the check box to approve the listing straight the way because I need to check the content of the listings (the new [APPROVALLINK] token is very handy for this.
This is how I would like to handle new submitions after recieve the submition notification:
1. Check to see if the content are all OK ( sometime I have to make some changes eg Expiry date, Featured, etc ..)
2. If everything ok - click Aproved and Update (the owner should then get a customized email message that the listing has been approved )
3. If not OK then should be a Reject Button in Edit screen which link to some predefined rejection messages which is then send to the owner .
4. the owner then follow the message link to log-in to re-edit / delete the listing .
May be simmilar process to News Article Approval ? |

Hi Scott,
This ENH has been requested a while back and I see it has missed in the recent release :(
Currently I have to MANUALLY write and email for every approval /reject message for every listing.... Could you try to add this soon please :)) Thanks |
