Hello,

I would like to suggest a new Custom pseudo-field: "Spacer". This coud be added to "Field type" list in custom fields manager. It could be very usefull for displaying on "add/edit property" page to make sections of fields. It could work and look like this:

Caption: may be a name of spacer displayed using "Head" css style, underlined with HR.
Caption help: this may be description of a section, displayed just below the name of spacer.

For example:

• Contact details (text from Caption)
  ____________________________________
  Some description of a section. (text from Caption help)

The spacer could be used only on add/edit property page - no tokens, no search, no any other functions. Just to arrange more fields in logical order.
