Scott,
I manage residential and commercial rental properites. Please consider a basic admin feature to set the module to "for rent" or "for sale". It would also be nice to set effective and expiration dates for listings.
Thanks, Scott Lesnet |

Hi Scott,
This was an oversight on my part, I"ll add the update and post a new version of the "Screen Screen" to include this feature. |

| Effective and expirations dates will also be included, you'll see them on the add property page when I post it. |

I think the user should be able to define the status of the property, for instance:
For Sale For Rent For Time Share For Trade For Free
The user could create a category of propery status that would then be selectable by the publisher and associated with a property record.
Especially if this hopes to be flexible enough to capture all property and not just real-estate. I think Real-Estate is too focused.

I agree, some elements of the design rely on certain custom properties (e.g. bedrooms, etc). This would be defined against a property type.
As mentioned in other threads, the initial release will be focused on real estate, and then we'll explore other uses. (cars, etc) |

Scott M.
Do you have a note listing of feature spelled out. It would be nice to see the bulleted list of what you envision the module to do and what data will be captured. I am not suggesting you spend the time to create such a list. However, if you were jotting notes as the fragmented ideas were coming in from all over, it would be nice to see an aggregate listing, if available.
From the mock-up screens I am getting a sense of what data is being captured but still am unsure as to the workflow.

The designs are pretty much in the diagrams posted, I have quite a few ideas written in my notepad, but the first goal is to get the screens up.
There is not much workflow planned for the module yet, as it's simple an "add new property" type module with no approvals. |

| Is this module designed in the sense it would be a public post available to anyone to use, or built with the idea only the Administrators will be adding new property? |

| The adding/approving of properties will be able to be delegated to agents (users), so yes, this will be possible. |
