Your documentation includes the following:

urlFormat="HumanFriendly" />
   

Once you have done this, you may run your site, if you ever want to switch back, you can set urlFormat="SearchFriendly"


Does this imply that HumanFriendly is not SearchFriendly?  This is not clear from your existing documentation.

No HumanFriendly is definately SearchFriendly as well, maybe it was a bad term. The search friendly term really refers to rewriting parameters from the querystring into the base url.
