My site went down a couple of time lately  and I have to keep clearing the Log Viewer:

I notice this error came up alot in the

UrlRewriter.RewriterConfiguration: GetConfig Failed
FilePath:
ExceptionMessage: Unable to cast object of type 'Ventrian.FriendlyUrl.Config.RewriterConfiguration' to type 'DotNetNuke.HttpModules.Config.RewriterConfiguration'.
Server Name: AITSNS03

Can you point me to some directions  ?

I checked my webconfig file and you were right ...somehow this line still has not been changed :

so now I changed it to

Also reading from your friendly url installation guide ...

Backup your existing provider, by making a copy of:-

• /bin/DotNetNuke.HttpModules.UrlRewrite.dll
• /web.config

I could not see the file -  /bin/DotNetNuke.HttpModules.UrlRewrite.dll   in the directory - does it matter ? Friendly url seem to be working alright all this time. I hope i fixed the problem !
