I've posted a new release here, make sure you read the installation instructions on the page, you now need to replace the httpmodules and provider entry.

I also added faster tabpath lookup using the tabpath dictiionary in the core.

It's running the latest release on this site, you should see the friendly urls if you have done everything right.

I've got the two lines and have the ventrian dll in the bin folder. Can there be a setting in the host settings that makes a difference?

I just noticed that the FriendlyURL's section of the host settings page is blank.  Is that correct?

When I take a look at the host settings page, the FriendlyURL section is also empty.

I've updated the instructions on the page, I had left out urlFormat="HumanFriendly" attribute.

Can you try re-copying the friendly url tag in web.config.
