Is this when hitting subscribe?

I think its a problem if your email contains foreign characters. You can also use 2checkout.com to purchase a subscription. More details here.

Hmm, it works for my test account.

If you send payment by logging into paypal, and send the desired amount to smcculloch@iinet.net.au - I'll add you into the role when it's processed.

Hello.  I used the connection to pay for a year 35 dollars.
I rec'd a message saying the xaction was successful.  It doesn't
seem to have worked.  I was going to send an email, since we had
made a 50 or 100 dollar 'contribution' back in October when it was
'voluntary', and thought it seemed sort of unfair to ask those of us
that had already contributed a decent amount to have to pay all over
again, but figured it wasn't worth the trouble.  Now I'm not sure
how this process works.  I noticed you have a 'membership' module
available.  Does this not automatically add a user to a role or
does this have to be done manually?  Could you let us know when we
will receive access?  Thanks in advance.

Hi, when did you pay, with what email account and was it with paypal?

If you had of emailed me, I would have granted you access considering you had previously donated.

For information regarding how subscription is setup on this site, please see this article.

Hi Allan

You now have access, I found you paid via paypal today. You paid by eCheque which is not cleared for a few days.

My new subscription module I am building will be able to handle this eCheque payment a bit better then the inbuilt core method.

Thanks for your support!

Scott,

I tried to become a member and pay through  2Checkout but I didn't get a confirmation message so I'm not sure it went through.

I made a payment of 35$ (Order Number 1895742170 )

When I went back to do the transaction again I  was asked to pay 2x 35$ and a third time 3x35$.

Bottom line: I'm not sure if I've paid and no idea of how much. I've contacted 2 CHeckout but no reply since friday (5days) which is a little strange.

Thanks

Leif

Let me investigate, it might have been that added to cart, but never actually processed through.

I'll get back to you..
