| Scott, i am using Company Name - Users Online module and the problem i have is that it does not show the "People Online" part, all counts are zero..
Do i have to update some code? |

| solved by setting
DotNetNuke.PurgeUsersOnline, DOTNETNUKE to 1 hour instead of 1 minute
from host > schedule

| oops, not quite solved.. it shows the users with a big delay .. not sure from where to change the settings for it to work the way it should.. any ideas? is it the module or dnn configuration? |

| i set it for 20 min .. the problem is that it is being updated slowly, or does that depend on the 20 minutes too? as i understood if i set it for like 5 minutes it will keep the user "online" for at least 5 minutes right? but how soon will it update the module with the new user who just logged in?
