I installed the Property Agent. Configured the default RealEstate template. Added a property, and it does not show up in the Property Agent. It shows up in the Property Manager, but not in the list. Is is marked Approved and Published and Featured, yet does not show up. help!

Nevermind! Got it! It was actually a time zone setup issue. It wasn't going to show because the created and publish date were ahead of the actual time.
