I can't reproduce this, if you go here and do a search on closed cases, it works. Can you tell me how this is not working? |

Dear Scott,
Just go on my site and try to search within closed cases, You won't have any return.

I would guess you are using a url rewriter and that is where you problem is, compare the 2 URLs:- http://www.ventrian.com/Support/FeedbackCenter/tabid/265/fbType/Search/ProductID/5/Status/Closed/Sort/Popularity/Default.aspx http://www.citrixtools.net/en/Support/fbType/Search/ProductID/15/Status/Closed/Sort/Popularity.aspx You may need to check the rules set up in the rewriter, Status=Closed should be one of the parameters in the url. |

Thanks for the feedback,
I'll check with Bruce Chapman, the Author of the URL Master module I'm using.

Dear Scott,
Here is Bruce's First Feedback :
Perhaps the Feedback center has a case-sensitive query string reader.
I checked the rewrite values on your site, and that Url gets rewritten to this value:
Default.aspx?tabId=68&fbtype=search&productid=15&status=closed&sort=popularity

| I think this is most likely the issue, I'll publish an update. |

Thanks !
In the meantime Bruce is fixing the URL rewriter to respect the case seonsitive thing.

Dear Scott,
A new version of URL Master has been provided by Bruce Chapman and the Case issue is gone.
The search engine is now working.
Thanks,
Best Regards,
Pierre |
