Between the View.Footer and Comment.Header  someone is sticking

anchor tag with id="#Comments"

Can you ellaborate on why it is an issue? It's a named anchor so you can go directly to #comments

According to W3C id's can't begin with a # sign.  I believe that all you have to do is remove the #.

BTW W3C also says that you can't have two id's with the same name on a page and I noticed that in the Blog template the id="listing" is used more than once in a couple of places.  I just deleted the id in the second template.

I'd be glad to do some W3C testing for you, if you need some help.
