Please help, I have been trying for over 4hrs, to pay for a subscription to your website. I just got off the phone with PayPal (over 50 mins). Right now if I attempt to make a payment to your website I get an error 4001 try again later.

They stated to me after all this troubleshooting that I have to contact the subscription website and inform them to upgrade from a business account to a premium account. I'm not sure what all that means, but I can tell you I can't send payment for subscription.

I investigated all day yesterday for a solution for a website I'm working on and decided your solutions would work the best. I made plans to subscribe early this morning so I could have this solution finished by this evening. Now I'm stuck with no where to go here. Please help. I can send payment to your alternative site; I just need access to the solutions as soon as possible. Please help

Craig

Craig, just so you know it's the middle of the night over in Oz so you may not get a reply for a few hours (unless Scott's burning the midnight oil).

Thanks for the update Presstopia, after looking back through my post, boy do I sound like a whinner...

I just knew if I could not get paypal to work it would be a automatic activation, and that the backup payment system would be a manual activation and have me sitting here banging refresh for hours. ..

Paypal still has my pants in a twist, I must have talked to 4 people, had to retell my problem to each one, and then add what each previous tech had walked me trough....

I'm trying to subscribe and I'm getting this error myself. Anyone know how to solve it?

I think it has something to do with foreign characters, is there anything peculiar about your details?

no, I don't think so. I've had the palpal account for years. Is there any other way I could process this payment?

thanks!

I found your article on the alternative payment 2co.com option. I just paid through this method. It looks like that went through ok.

I assume I'll have to wait a while until this is manually enabled.

thanks!

Darren
