Where is a good module where my members could see who else is members on the site. A good Member list for members to view and maybe even auto promote capabilities would be ideal for my members so they could be promoted by a certain time line.

I use to have a module that used to do this in private messages, but's a little different now.. What do you mean by promote?

Well lets say you want people to have access to certain areas according to rank and if someone is on a lower level after a certain period of time they can automaticly be promoted. And someone of high rank can have the ability to create accounts for new users but not have the ability to do anything else such as edit current profiles/accounts they cannot tamper with.
