I would normally post it on you product forums but there’s isn’t one for this and I couldn’t find any documentation.

I installed the “Support Info” skin object and it works fine. Is there a way that I can separate the [SUPPORTINFO] tag in my HTML template so I can place the [PORTALNAME] to display the name of the site on the top of the template and the "mailto:[EMAIL]">[NAME] tag on the bottom for the Admin’s name and email. Since our intranet will have more than one site it would be nice to display that information for each site.

There is a property called "Message" you can configure via the xml file that can accompany a skin object, currently, it's set by default to:-

"For [PORTALNAME] related enquiries contact: [NAME]"

So you should be able to customize that string to display what you need.

If you ened an example of how the xml file works, let me know and I can send one accross.

I created the following xml file but I'm not getting the link for the email:

  [SUPPORTINFO]

    CssClass
    links

    Message
    [PORTALNAME] Admin: mailto:[EMAIL]">[NAME]>

Thanks Scott

Can you send the email to support@ventrian.com, the forum is messing up the format.
