I have 40 odd days left on my mebership and have returned to download the simple gallery again but cannot see the downloads!!! any help would be great

You do have access until 9/14/2006 You cannot see any downloads on the download page? Have you tried logging out and back in?

I just signed up and can not access any of the downloads. I did try logging off & back on (3 times :) ) and still no luck.

HI Scott, I cleared my IE Cache and waited about an hour. Then I was able to access the downloads. Thanks...

Hi Scott, I renewed my gold membership and it still has it as pending. Is there something else I need to do in order to access the downloads? Thanks.

I have the same problem as the above users. I have bought a Silver Membership and have recived this an email containing: Dear WeaponX, Your profile on Ventrian Systems has been successfully updated. Sincerely, Ventrian Systems However when i go to the http://www.ventrian.com/Subscribe/tabid/119/signupType/Details/Pending/True/Default.aspx (subscription overview page) I see no subscriptions and i am unable to access the downloads page. I have tried clearing my IE7 cache, cookies passwords etc. Rebooted and waited like some of the other users suggested but without success. Help would be much appreciated. Best Regards Rolf

Sorry But I bought a silver membership 2 days ago but I have no download, and I did receive no email which confirm my membership, but the paiment is done (PAYPAL)... I would like to be a satisfied costumer. Actually I was...when I had a gold membership until October 2006.... OK now I'm just a silver...
