Is there a way to add bigger smilies to this module?

Is there a way to make the smiles box collapsible?

Probably not without modifying the ascx file.

I have thought about making smilies clickable, not sure about collapsible, that could work like the regular min/max of DNN settings.

Any way that can reduce the side of the smilies template would help. The problem with it now is that it literally needs a whole page to display. Most shout box components are compact and are made to display on the homepage. Another way to spice up a the smilies modules is to display a tiny avatar of the member. We are talking about a 20x20px size. I have seen it used on phpfox and it really looks attractive.

I wish you could disable them like you can in the Private Messages admin settings.

I wish:

shout box size were editable in module settings

smilies were clickable (that would make them more userfriendly and compact)

I wish I would set how many messages I want to keep in the box

messages could be deleated by admin

it could be opened for all users or only registered ( now thereis not such option ) 

that mywishlist for shout box... not sure I will get it till my membership runs out :)

You can do this directly in the tables thru Enterprise Manager or other "Control Panels" - table DnnForge_ShoutBox_Shout

This can be done in Module Settings under Permissions
