I would like the ability to offer site visitors the ability to subscribe for e-mail updates.  When new property is posted, they get an e-mail with details.

Along a similar idea, it would be great if users could sign up for a email subscription that will send them listings for a particular set of search parameters. When someone posts a property that fits their search criteria, it could email them the listing. Helps to keep folks coming back to the site.

I have been out of the loop for a while.  Were you ever able to put together the feature for subscribing to e-mail notifications when new properties are added?
