Hello guys, I am about to sponsor the next upgrade with few ENH. Before doing so, I have a problem with the current version which is not compatible with iFinity URL Master. When clicking on a "category recently implemented" (close), the URL looks like: {...}/fbType/Search/ProductID/1/Status/Closed/Default.aspx When using URL Master, you have the URL like: {...}/fbType/Search/ProductID/2/Status/Closed.aspx And unfortunetaly, it does not work (only opened item are shown, not closed item...) So: 1/ Does anybody else experiment the problem ? 2/ Does anybody have an idea or solution to propose ? Thanks in advance, Déclic Vidéo FX

When you say sponsor, does that mean that you are paying Scott directly to make enhancements you need? I also will be running URL Master on a new site with ActiveSocial. I have seen a video on how to integrate Ventrian Articles with ActiveSocial using the userid filter on the list of articles. Can something similar be done for the Feedback module? I could definitely sponsor that if some enhancements are needed . I would like to use the Feedback module to collect site enhancement requests and also use it to allow site members to Recommend Products across a group of categories. So in ActiveSocial I want to build a couple of extra tabs for My Site Recommendations and My Product Recommendations. Does this sound doable? Thanks. Cliff

I'm actually making these enhancements for DV at the moment. 1.) Allow unregistered users to post feedback (using name, email, url) 2.) Allow unregistered users to comment using name, email, url. 3.) You should be able to rate only once. This will be possible for registered users only because the only way to track anonymous users is cookies. 4.) Add captcha to make a suggestion + captcha for comment 5.) Suggestion/Comment approval Cliff, what needs to be done for active social, an addon module that you can filter by user parameter?

These are great enhancements. I am still trying to figure out if these enhancements will become a part of the standard Feedback Center, or will this functionality only go to DV? Scott, that is exactly what I need. Maybe with a few items like paging. Here is how I used the Articles on ActiveSocial. Click on the Articles tab. There is one article for this user. http://www.homeschoolcommunity.com/Home/MyProfile/tabid/74/asuid/3/Default.aspx I need to update the resource file for the Tab Name. All I did was create a hidden page and add your add on module and filtered by qstring = asuid. Works great so far. Will at Active Modules provided some code for the Profile View to incorporate other 3rd party modules. The only concern is how AS will respond if too many tabs are added with too much content. I would like to do two things with the Feedback Center. One is to use it to get Recommendations for additional functionality for my Social Networking site. I think this is in line with how you expect the Feedback Center to be used. The second way is to have people recommend products and then have them voted up or down by others. Do you think that is a good use of the Feedback Center, or is there a better approach. Would the Property Agent work well with AS as is or would it need an add on? I honestly have not used property agent yet, but I am sure I will use it in the future. FYI... people have already integrated Biz Modules Ultra Media and Ultra Video galleries. I am working on that now.

No they will be part of the standard feedback center and be released this week. I've already done 1-4, so it should be out tomorrow. I've also sent you an email. Feedback center should be a good fir for products but it may lack some additional features like the companion modules in property agent, etc.
