Yes, and I just updated the last News Article module, it happen the same error!! I could not submit new items in DNN499 under ZH local language (both the Feedback and NewsArtile)??

Are you using any 3rd party modules such as a url rewriter?

no, the two modules are both working in English version of the same site, but not the other dnn language (does not use the 3rd part localization modules)
