Issue 1: Wen I change the product value the search results do not update

Issue 2: If I select a Product value and select search (no value in search) I receive the following error..This is important for the Support staff to search all feedback by product value and NOT necessarly by keyword:

The resource cannot be found.

FYI:

If I add a value in the keyword textbox I do NOT get the error. It Tried the same steps on your feedback center and I am not receiving the error.

I need some help to try to resolve this...

OK..I finally found the "issue" but have NO clue how to fix it....

On my server if I leave the search fiel blank and select the search button the following URL is returned:

http://fillingtheneed.com/stjudecitrix/Voice/Feedback/tabid/406/fbType/Search/ProductID/-1/Status/Open/Keyword/%20/Sort/Popularity/Default.aspx

Notice after the word "keyword" in the URL I there is a "%20" value being passed.....

When I do the same thing on your website there is a "+" INSTEAD of a "%20"...

*** If i manually relace the %20 with a + then it works.
